Refund and Exchange Policy

No Refund Policy

The TRANQUIL has a no refund policy. In case the product is damaged in transit, it will be exchanged for a new product only, with no monetary refund.

Conditions for Eligibility for the Product Replacement Policy

  • If the product is damaged, click pictures from all sides and upload them via email to info@tranquilglobal.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. The item(s) must be in their original, unused condition.
  • Replacement is subject to inspection and approval by TRANQUIL quality check team after a physical inspection of the damaged product.
  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or deliberate damage are not covered under our Replacement Policy.
  • The product should be accompanied by the original product, original/copy of the invoice, packaging, documentation, (if any), etc.

Exchange Process

  • To start an exchange, contact us at info@tranquilglobal.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your product order, The TRANQUIL will deduct 15% of the total purchase price as nominal charges.
